Carmen Senger – Director
Ms. Senger has a degree from the University of Saskatchewan and went on to complete her certificate in Indigenous Business Administration (CIBA) at the First Nations University of Canada. Ms. Senger is an Indigenous female business leader with over 20 Years experience in the civil infrastructure industry, working and managing projects most extensively in Saskatchewan with wide scope and variety of applications. Ms. Senger’s project experience includes all elements of site development, road and highway construction, and maintenance activities.
Ms. Senger's project experience includes all elements of Site Development, Road and Highway Construction and Maintenance. Ms. Senger sits on the Board of Nova Scotia Roadbuilders and is currently Past President of the Canadian Technical Asphalt Association.
Andrew Arnill- Director
Mr. Arnill received his B.B.A from Bishops University in Lennoxville, Quebec and has been involved in the civil infrastructure and road construction industry for more than 20 years. His experience has been gained though a combination of field and office experience. Mr. Arnill’s industry experience includes: Hot Mix Asphalt, Engineered Seal Coat, Micro-Surfacing, Cold in Place Asphalt Recycling, Cold Mix Production, Culvert Installation, Surface Mixing, Asphalt Milling, Crack Seal, Base Work, Snow Removal, Site Development and Gravel Pit Reclamation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Arnill has given back to industry and has participated on various committees for specification changes, industry partnering, and being vocal about encouraging the next generation to view the construction industry as an employer of choice. Mr. Arnills currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Canada Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association, Alberta Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association and the Canadian Construction Association.
